How does this work?

1. Browse our website and pick out what you would like. 

2. Your entire order can be placed online, you can text your order to us, or you can call to    speak to an actual person. Our phone number is 915-525-5994. All orders must meet a minimum purchase requirement for free delivery. Minimum purchase amount depends on the location of the delivery. 
3. We ask you for your name, phone number and address or building number.

For more efficient service you can text your order using the following format: 

-Name 

-Address or Bldg. Number

-Products to include brand name and flavor
4. If you call or text your order in, we promise to provide you with excellent customer service. We will pull your order and if anything is out of stock, we will let you know. We can also suggest replacement brands or flavors. For these orders, payment must be received through Venmo or Zelle.
5. Once payment is received your order is put in queue for delivery. Delivery times can vary. Average delivery times are between 30 minutes and can range up to an hour and a half. 
6. No need to wait outside, we will text you updates on your order including when your driver has arrived.

Who can purchase?

Anyone 21 years of age or older who has valid identification. The driver verifies ID at time of delivery. We do not accept pictures of IDs, printed IDs or anything that hasn’t been state or government issued.

I don’t have my ID, can I still order?

No. Valid identification is required for all orders and is verified upon delivery. Anyone 21 years of age or older can order. If a valid ID isn’t present at time of delivery, items will not be delivered and no refund will be issued. 

Do you offer discounts?

We do not charge for delivery, but we do have a minimum purchase amount for free delivery. We have this policy in place so that you, the customer, can obtain all that you spend in product and not on more, unnecessary fees. Curbside pick up orders automatically receive 10% off of your order. 

Can I schedule a delivery? 

Yes, you can schedule a delivery for a future date. Please let us know your preferred delivery time & date underneath the “Order Comments” box at checkout.

When will I recieve my delivery if ordered after 9P.M. ?

Orders placed after 9PM will be delivered after 9AM the following business day.

How often do you receive merchandise?

We are a small business and unfortunately cannot order in bulk. We receive stock every week and stay up to date with our vendors as soon as new product is in stock on their end.

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, we can only return faulty products within a 24-hour window from time of delivery. The products need to have all the liquid in it, they cannot be fully used or partially used.

We are a small, local business and have tried, in good faith, to return defective products from our consumers. This has resulted in numerous attempts of individuals trying to gain free product.

I don't like the flavor, can I return it?

Unfortunatly, we cannot accept products that have been opened and tried.

My vape isn’t working - what do I do? Basic Vape Troubleshooting

-Vape is not charging - Make sure all cords are plugged in correctly
-Vape doesn’t hold charge - Are you using a low output vape charge? (not high powered, like a cell phone charger.)
-Vape tastes burnt - is the device out of juice? Is it completely gassed out? 
-Vape is making a popping/sizzling sound - If it’s within 24 hours of purchase, please call us. 

Who are you?

We are a small, home grown, local El Paso business. We are a family run business that strives to bring excellent customer service to each and every one of our customers in every way. We work very hard to stay up to date on all new products. We also conduct careful research of every item we purchase and the company we purchase from to make sure we are delivering authentic, quality products to our customers. While we are settling into our developing business that we are proud of, we want to thank our customers for their patience as we prepare each order and try to deliver them in a timely manner.
